Rolling method enabling any products to be rolled between two changeovers of the working rolls, characterised in that it consists in removing, especially by grinding, the non-worn part of the working rolls which corresponds to the passage of a strip of defined width, while the next strip is being rolled, during the manufacturing cycles.
