PURPOSE:To prevent the copy mistake of a red image part generated as a result of forgetting to mount a filter and to copy a red image and a black image in the same way, by interposing a heat insulating layer between a filter layer absorbing long wavelength light - infrared rays of a visible region and a thermal reaction layer having absorption in a visible region not contained in said absorption wavelength region. CONSTITUTION:A filter layer 10a can absorb 70% or more of light of a wavelength region of 600-650nm or more and is formed so as to have a thickness of about 1-5mum. A heat insulating layer 10b is a plastic film having a thickness of 2-3mum or more and prevents the heat generated in the filter layer 10a from transmitting to a thermal reaction layer 10c to make it possible to form an image. The thermal reaction layer 10c absorbs light of a wavelength region of 600nm or less and all of cyan, magenta and yellow etc. of a wax type ink film can be used in said layer 10c and a transfer film 3 is superposed to the layer 10c in order to transfer molten wax and the whole is placed on platen glass 2. Then, a manuscript 5 is placed on the transfer film 3 to be pressed by a press platen 6. |
