The instrument has a hollow cylindrical needle with a filling slot along it for receiving bacon, fat, grease etc.. An ejection slide working freely in the interior of the needle can be gripped via the slot. A holding spike for the bacon protrudes into the interior near the free end of the needle. The spike is inclined to its longitudinal axis and towards the free end. At the other end there can be a sleeve portion of the needle on which a handle is fixed. |
