PURPOSE:To improve a production yield of a color filter and to produce the titled body with a low cost by providing a color separation filter which is produced by exposing a photosensitive resin on a photosensitive layer from the substrate body side. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive film to be dyed is formed selectively on a transparent substrate 1, followed by dying it to form the color mosaic 2A of a 1st color layer in the color separation filter. The 1st color layer is coated wholly with the intermediate layer 3A which is transparent and has anti-dyeability. At the same manner as mentioned above, the color mosaic 2B of a 2nd color film is formed on the transparent substrate 1. The color mosaic of a 3rd color layer is formed by forming the film 2 to be dyed, having negative type photosensitivity on the substrate 1 which is coated by the intermediate layer having transparency and anti-dyeability, followed by exposing the film 2 from the rear side of the substrate 1, and by developing it to form a pattern of the film 2 to be dyed. Rays composed mainly of UV rays are absorbed by the color-mosaic which is dyed to the 1st and 2nd colors, thereby remaining the film to be dyed which is formed on the color mosaic of the 1st and 2nd colors in a state of unexposing. The unexposed film which is a negative type is removed by developing. A color mosaic 2C is formed by dyeing the film to be dyed, to the 3rd color, followed by coating the obtd. film with a transparent protective film 3B. |
