PURPOSE:To adjust a relative location and a power relationship between each shaft and each bearing easily, by providing a threaded portion of a bolt for measuring an amount of movement at an end of a countershaft and defining a hole at a position of a transmission case corresponding to the threaded portion. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft 3 is supported by ball bearings 5, 6 and a countershaft 4 in mesh with it through a gear is supported by taper bearings 7, 8 in a transmission case 2. A thread hole 9 confronting the transmission case 2 is defined at a shaft center of at least an end of the countershaft 4 and a bolt insertion hole 10 is defined at a position of the transmission case corresponding to the thread hole 9 for measuring an amount of dislocation. As a result, the countershaft 4 and the bearings 7, 8, can be adjusted easily and securely.
