PURPOSE:To prevent the symmetry of the outside of a waveguide from being disturbed by wiring or the like and to improve the solderability by making a hole to a slot at each prescribed interval and providing a wire space formed through the prolonged outer member to the right/left side of an operating space symmetrically. CONSTITUTION:An inner member 10 and an outer member 11 are made by a metallic die, paste solder is applied to the slot 111 of the outer member 11 and the outer member is fitted so that the tip of the inner member 10 is abutted against the slot 111. Moreover, paste solder is applied similarly to a butt part 114 and soldering is finished by passing it into a heat furnace at a prescribed temperature. Since a notch 112 is provided to the slot 111, solderability is very excellent and the soldering is applied neatly. The required wiring for waveguide application products is executed through wiring spaces 21, 22. |
