PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material capable of giving high dye transfer density and having improved dye releasing efficiency, diffusivity and stability in the lapse of time by incorporating a photosensitive silver halide, a binder and a specific dye donating substance capable of releasing a diffusive dye by oxidizing it at the time of developing on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The titled material comprises the photosensitive silver halide, the binder and the dye donating substance which is capable of releasing the diffusive dye by oxidizing it at the time of developing and is shown by formula I on a substrate body. In formula I, R1 and R2 are each hydrogen or halogen atom, cyano or a substd. or an unsubstd. alkyl group, etc., at least one of R1 and R2 is >=10C alkyl group, Dye is a dye group or its precursor. Thus, image density is increased and fogging is decreased, since the titled material includes the dye donating substance, which gives high dye transfer density and is excellent in dye releasing efficiency, difflusivity, and in storage stability, as the coloring material for diffusion transfer. |
