An ear drop applicator serves to introduce ear drops from a container into the ear. It has an outlet nozzle which forms part of a spray head actuated by a pressure element located underneath a pressure surface and directing an ear drop-containing fluid stream into the opening of the external auditory canal. The spray head is provided with a positioning element which aligns the outlet nozzle with the external ear and keeps the opening surface of said outlet nozzle at a distance from the opening of the external auditory canal.
