PURPOSE:To supervise the production of dual address at address check by allowing each communication controller to compare a sender/destination address of a data frame with the address of its own address and informing the production of duplicated the address to a supervisory controller when both are coincident. CONSTITUTION:A supervisory controller 1 is provided with an address transmission command means 4 writing the address of its own equipment from an upper- stream communication controller to the sender/destination address area of a data frame and sending it. Plural communication controllers 2-1-2-n, each is provided with a duplicated address generating informing means 5 comparing the sender/destination address of the data frame having the address sending command means 4 with the address of its own equipment and informing the duplicated address generation to the supervisory controller 1 when both are coincident. Thus, the production of duplicated address is supervised at address check.
