PURPOSE:To keep an intake current constant invariably even when a main switching circuit is either in an ON or an OFF state, by providing a discharge circuit which permits a current to flow on a resistor having the same resistance value as a load in an ON/OFF main switching circuit which supplies a DC input to the load by a binary control signal. CONSTITUTION:In a circuit in which the current is supplied to the load RL by using the main switching circuit 10 performing the ON/OFF operation of the DC input, the discharge circuit 20 to which the resistor RL' having the same resistance value as that of the load RL is connected, is provided between the DC input and the circuit 10. Simultaneously, the opening/closing of the circuits 10 and 20 are controlled by the control signal. In such way, the DC input is permitted to flow on the resistor RL' by closing the circuit 20 when the circuit 10 being operated in the ON or the OFF state is in the OFF state, and the induction of noise to another circuit is evaded by keeping the DC input constant invariably in spite of the ON/OFF operation of the circuit 10.
