PURPOSE:To effectively suppress a radiation of a higher order proper tone of a plate vibration sound and to obtain a HiFi reproducing sound having a good SN ratio by sticking a fiber cloth layer which consists of cotton or aramid fiber, etc., and has a large vibration attenuation coefficient to the outside surface of an enclosure. CONSTITUTION:To the outside surface of an enclosure 3 made of a particle board, which contains a tweeter unit 1 and a woofer unit 2, for instance, a fiber cloth layer 4 of cotton, etc., which has a large tensile strength, and also, has a large vibration attenuation coefficient is stuck. Also, a vibration by the tweeter unit 1 is wider than that by the woofer unit 2 as to its vibration frequency range, and vibrates to a high frequency, therefore, especially, it is also allowed to stick the fiber cloth layer 4 to the upper half part of the enclosure 3 to which the tweeter unit 1 is installed. In such a way, by bringing the outside surface of the enclosure to cloth sticking finish working, a higher order resonance level of a natural vibration of a base material is reduced, and a miscellaneous sound by a radiation of a plate vibration sound of the enclosure is reduced in a reproducing sound of music, etc., by a loudspeaker device, therefore, a distortion of the reproducing sound and an S/N ratio are improved remarkably.
