The invention relates to a packaging container 1, in particular for free-flowing and pourable contents, having a container bottom 4 with a standing surface 3, and having a container wall 5, 10 for bounding a receiving compartment which can be closed by a container closure 6. In order to relieve the load, in particular, on disposal systems and installations of empty packaging containers, the container 1 is designed to be stackable with a recess 9 on the bottom side and a stacking projection 8 arranged diametrically opposite the latter. Additionally, lateral container walls 5 have holding slots 11. The packaging container can thus be used as a stackable basic body, for example for leisure purposes (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
