In a baler having a duct (54) communicating at one end with an inlet opening (70) formed in a bale case (12), a feeder mechanism (80) is provided to stuff crop material from the duct (54) into the bale case (12) via the inlet opening (70). The feeder mechanism (80) comprises a single rotary feeder (102, 106, 126, 128, 130) including a crop-engaging structure (102) which, in operation, turns through 360 degrees of revolution along a course (162) leading into the duct mouth (66), rearwardly through the duct (54) and up into the bale case (12) for stuffing a charge of crop material from the mouth (66) into the bale case (12), and back to the mouth (66) of the duct (54) for attacking a next charge of crop material. |
