PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesiveness and water resistance of an antistatic layer, by forming a coating layer, which is composed of a mixed composition based on an ionizable radiation curable resin and an antistatic agent, on a plastic film, if necessary, by interposing an ionizable radiation curable resin layer therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A mixed composition based on an ionizable radiation curable resin and an antistatic agent is applied to a plastic film such as a polyethylene terephthalate film to form a coating layer which is, in turn, irradiated with ionizable radiation to be cured. The resin and the antistatic agent are mixed in a wt. ratio of about 99:1-10:90% and applied by a roll coater or a bar coater. If necessary, when an ionizable radiation curable resin layer excellent in adhesiveness with the plastic film is formed between the plastic film and the antistatic layer, the release of the antistatic layer can be prevented in an extremely effective manner.
