<p>PURPOSE:To aim at unmanned running by detecting a car speed, azimuth angle and course and comparing them with a predetermined running course and run ning condition which are stored in a memory, thereby controlling a steering, engine governer, brake, transmission or the like. CONSTITUTION:Respective detected signals from a speed detecting sensor S1, azimuth angle sensor S2 and course sensor S3 for detecting the dislocation from a course by a method wherein infrared rays are transmitted and received to/from the reflecting mirror R in the course, and inputted to a location controller 11 and are compared with a predetermined running course and running condition which are stored in a memory M. then, the engine governer, brake and transmission and the like of a speed controller 1 are controlled through a communication device 100 such as a radio system. A radio operating device 20 and obstacle detecting device 200 are provided if necessary. With this arrangement, it is possible to perform the unmanned running of an off-highway truck for conveying digged matter in a digging area or the like.</p> |
