<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a defective steering generated when a power element is damaged, by furnishing a control unit to detect the opening of the power element to drive a motor, and to cut off the current fed to the motor and the voltage applied to an electromagnetic clutch, in a control device. CONSTITUTION:A power element defective opening judging device 9f judges that power elements which compose a power element unit 9i to control the flowing current and the flowing direction to a motor 14 are opened if the motor current measurement value by a motor current measuring device 9c is zero, when the current flowing to the motor 14 is directed, and outputs the signal that the power elements are opened. A power element unit control device 9h is arranged to give ON, OFF instructions to control the current flowing direction and the current value to the motor 14, to the power element unit 9i depending on the output of a motor current deciding device 9e. An electromagnetic clutch control device 9g controls an electromagnetic clutch 15 depending on the condition of the car speed and the output condition of the power element defective opening judging device 9f.</p> |
