PURPOSE:To prevent amplitude variation from occurring even owing to power source variation and element variance by interposing a diode for series feedback between the emitter of a common emitter amplifier and the ground. CONSTITUTION:A series feedback resistance RF and the series feedback diode DF are interposed in series and in this order between the emitter of the TR Q1 and the ground. The dynamic impedance of the series feedback diode DF increases as the emitter current IE of the TR Q1, so negative feedback effect further increases as compared with that when the series feedback diode dF is absent, and the amplitude is suppressed in the active area side of a collector voltage Vc, i.e. output signal. For the purpose, the rate of a negative feedback quantity is varied dynamically according to how large the input signal is to suppress variation in the asymmetry of an output waveform, thereby suppressing variation in signal mean value. Consequently, phase variation can be suppressed. |
