The invention relates to a device for fastening a net 9 at a constant tension, which can be folded down relative to a plane 1, of the type including two brackets 3, 4, each integral with a support 10, 11 whose first branches 5, 6 receive the net. The second branches 7, 8 are connected in an articulated manner with respect to their support 10, 11, in order to occupy a first position, in which the first branches 5, 6 are substantially vertical and a second position in which the latter are inclined, at least one of the second branches 7 being subject to a compression means 16 spacing the first branches 5, 6 apart. Each support 10, 11 consists of a tubular element in which is engaged the second branch 7, 8 and one of the second branches 7 is mounted so as to slide with respect to the tubular element 10, the compression means 16 consisting of a spring placed inside the said tubular element.
