PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular side sill which has an advantageous strength to weight ratio and can be easily incorporated into a general manufacturing process, a manufacturing method of the same, and a vehicle body having the same.SOLUTION: A vehicular hybrid side sill includes: a pultrusion-molded profile part containing a continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polymer having a heat deformation temperature of at least 200°C; and a terminal part containing steel adhered to an end part of the pultrusion-molded profile part. A manufacturing method of the vehicular hybrid side sill includes: a step of molding the pultrusion-molded profile part containing the continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polymer having the heat deformation temperature of at least 200°C; and a step of adhering the terminal part containing steel to the end part of the pultrusion-molded profile part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
