This heat exchanger is made up of a rotor B whose hub 1, mounted so as to rotate freely with sealing on a stator A, is attached on the one hand, to a plurality of hollow radial blades 6, made of heat-conducting material and each comprising a fluid circuit between an inlet orifice 11 and an outlet orifice 37, this rotor being connected to means 15-40 suitable for driving it in rotation, whilst the stator A comprises an internal supply conduit 22 which can be connected to a fluid inlet 24 and emerges in a cavity 5 of the rotor B, which cavity communicates with the inlet orifices 11 of the blades 6, and an annular emptying chamber 26 connected to a conduit 30 for emptying the fluid and communicating with the outlet orifices of the blades 6. <IMAGE>
