The device for installing the electric cable into a ground cable tube comprises front and back bodies (6,6a), a skrew (31) for removing sewage attached on the wall of the tube, saw-tooth type wheels (12,12a) for driving, rollers (21,21a) pressed by springs in supporters (19-20a), a motor (1) for driving power, an universal joint (27), and piston and cylinder for linking with the front body and the motor flexibly. The wheels are rotated by the power transfered by bevel gears in the bodies (6,6a).
