摘要

The primary language which is recorded in the video disc (B) is translated to the secondary language and is recorded in the first track (a) of magnetic tape (A). To synchronize the image of video disc and the sound of the secondary language the sound synchronization signal is recorded in the second track (b) according to the vertical synchronization signal of video signal. The video signal obtained by the regeneration of the video disc is transfered to a vertical synchronization signal distributor (3). The signal with phase difference is applied to a voltage generator for the control of rotating velocity.
