The present invention relates to a loading device which comprises a frame 6 carrying a pusher member 5, preferably an inclined back which can move in a to-and-fro movement and interacts with a movable transporter belt 7 which extends downstream of the pusher member and whose movement, in the direction of movement X of the pusher member 5, is synchronised on that of the latter. Advantageously, the transporter belt 7 passes around a free bending roll 8 which subdivides it into a lower strand 7b and an upper strand 7a integral with the base of the pusher member 5, an actuating mechanism 10, 14 also being provided to alternately exert a traction force on the pusher member 5 and on the free end of the lower strand 7b of the transporter belt 7. Application to the transfer of objects of all types or of bulk products between two movable transporters and, particularly, to the transfer of parcels in postal sorting centres. <IMAGE>
