An electrical apparatus contains a rocker key (1) which operates two contact bellows (4, 5) of a contact mat (6), as a function of its tilted position. The rocker key is mounted by means of mounting pins (7, 8, 9), which are fitted to the key ends (20, 21), in mounting incisions (10) in the walls (11, 12) of the apparatus. The mounting pins are aligned in two tilting axes (23, 24) of which that tilting axis which is furthest away from the operating point always acts, thus producing an offset of the operated contact bellows (5) which is at worst not disturbing. <IMAGE>
