PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle type vehicle exhaust system capable of accelerating early activation of a catalytic device and improving catalytic activation while suppressing an increase in space and securing the movable range of a front wheel.SOLUTION: In an exhaust system of a saddle type vehicle 1 in which an internal combustion engine 3 is supported in a vehicle body frame 2, a front wheel 11 is arranged in front of the internal combustion engine, a plurality of exhaust pipes 8L and 8R are connected to a front portion of the internal combustion engine, a primary catalytic device 9A and a secondary catalytic device 9b downstream of the primary catalytic device 9A are stored halfway along an exhaust path of the plurality of exhaust pipes, the primary catalytic device is arranged forward of a crankcase 30 of the internal combustion engine and backward of the front wheel in the exhaust pipe 8L as a part of the plurality of exhaust pipes and lies across a vehicle width direction. |
