Production of preserved food comprises preparation of recipe components, grating and finishing girasol and carrots, preparation of COextract of horseradish, COextract of parsley, vegetable marrow seed extraction cake pouring with drinking water and holding for swelling ground pumpkin seed extraction cake and vegetable marrow, listed components mixing with salt, packing produced mixture, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: obtained preserved food has reduced after-taste of pumpkin seed while maintaining adhesion properties of obtained end product.1 cl |
