<p>The support described comprises at least one horizontal plate (5) on which is depicted in miniature a traditional rectangular sports field (50) divided into several fixed main zones (51, 57) by lines (53, 54, 61) parallel to the shorter sides of the rectangle (50). A set of additional lines (58, 59) parallel to the shorter sides of the rectangular field (50) constitutes sampling means for determining the incremental displacements of markers representing a ball (62) or players (63, 64) on the plate (5) in the secondary zones. The position of said sampling means (58, 59) can be adjusted in order to change the arrangement of the lines which divide the main zones (51, 52) into secondary zones so as to vary the number of secondary zones in each principal zone (51, 52) while maintaining the total number of secondary zones constant. This makes it possible to simulate the actual movements of a ball and players corresponding to a given type of field, in respect of the damping parameters of the bouncing of a ball and speed of play.</p> |
