Device for transferring liquid by means of a siphon effect characterised in that it consists of a flat plate 1 provided with a rubberized membrane 2 on its lower part and traversed at the level of the orifices 8 and 5 by two tubes 9 and 4. The tube 9 stopping substantially at the extent of the membrane 2 is provided at the level of the orifice 8 with a non-return valve 11 installed on the membrane 2. The tube 4 passes through the orifice 5 and has a lower part 7 which extends beyond the plane of the plate 1 in order to be immersed in the liquid as far as the bottom of the container to be transferred. <IMAGE>
