PURPOSE:To obtain a cooling pipe with excellent thermal conductivity by covering the first cover layer with high thermal conductivity and the second cover layer made of a corrosion-resistant material surrounding it on the outer periphery of the cooling pipe and storing the cooling pipe by pressure in the pipe groove of a cooling substrate. CONSTITUTION:A cooling plate 3 is an assembled body of a cooling substrate 4 made of carbon and a cooling pipe arranged in a pipe groove 41 formed on this substrate 4. The cooling pipe is manufactured by covering the first cover layer 7 and the second cover layer 8 on nearly the whole area of the outer periphery of a cooling pipe 5 made of metal in which a cooling medium flows, the first cover layer 7 is made of a deformable soft material with high thermal conductivity, e.g., Si rubber added with carbon, the second cover layer 8 is a heat contraction tube made of a material with corrosion resistance against an electrolyte, e.g., fluororesin, and surrounds the first cover layer 7 in close contact. The finish outer diameter of the cooling pipe covering the first and second cover layers 7 and 8 is set to the size with a slightly more margin than the pipe groove size on the cooling substrate side. |
