<p>PURPOSE:To adapt a process for diversified small-lot production, by sensing and discriminating the shape of hose forms, gathered and resting at stocking taking out positions, simultaneously lifting and loosening a welt part thereof, holding stocking toe parts with chuck members having an adjusted angle based on the above-mentioned discrimination signal and taking out the stockings. CONSTITUTION:One group of hose forms 1 having attached stockings 2 are gathered to rest at a taking out position. The shape of each hose form is discriminated by sensors (74a) and (74b) positioned at the hose form tip part to adjust the angles of the chucks (66a) and (66b) based on the discrimination signal. A lifting plate 30 is simultaneously inserted from the position of the lower root part in the hose form 1 into the width end thereof to contact a stocking welt part (2c). The stocking 2 is then lifted to the upper part of the hose form 1. The chucks (66a) and (66b) are subsequently lowered to hold the stocking toe part and then raised to take out the stocking 2 from the hose form 1. Thereby the process can be adapted for diversified small-lot production.</p> |
