A holder body (100) is united with a brace (102) and a holder base (104) by plastic material. A holder (108) mounted on the front of the holder body, is separated by a U-type groove (106). The holder forming a frame shape and its one section side are joined with the holder body. A rear part of the holder body integrally is curved in L-form and is mounted with intervals to the upper surface of the holder base to form a control plate (122). A control screw (124) is mounted at the control plate comprising a first pressurization device with the control plate.
