The complex relay includes an over current relay, an undervaltage relay, an overvoltage relay, an undercurrent relay, and a ground relay which are formed in separated block. Each output of an OP amp. connected to each output of the relay is connected to the base of a transistor (Q1) through a blocking diode and a resistor (R4) to excite an auxiliary relay (RE) which turns on/off a magnetic contact switch (MC).
