<p>The apparatus (1) for closing containers with a sealing lamina comprises a framework (2) for supporting a first conveyor belt (3) for feeding containers to be closed, which is connected to a heat-welding unit (6) and to a second conveyor belt (5) for removing the closed containers. The apparatus (1) has a pusher element (8) which can engage a plurality of containers (c). First actuation means (18-20,22,26) act on the pusher (8) to move it from a position of engagement of the containers (c) to a position of disengagement therefrom, and second means (28-33) move it along an axis which is parallel to the direction of advancement of the containers (c). This apparatus allows the automatic and continuous execution of the process with a high production rate.</p> |
