SEALED LEAD-ACID BATTERY

摘要

PURPOSE:To suppress the stratification of an electrolyte and reduce the cost by using a porous body containing a specific quantity of acid-resistant inorganic powder in glass fibers with a specific diameter as an electrolyte holder. CONSTITUTION:A porous body containing acid-resistant inorganic powder 40-70wt.% in glass fibers with the average diameter of less than 10mum is used as an electrolyte holder. The type of glass fibers is simplified by limiting the average diameter, the cost for the material and production is reduced by using a large quantity of inorganic powder, and the stratification of an electrolyte can be suppressed.
