The entire length of the trailer can be clearly reduced with respect to the same conventional trailers for transporting rowing boats by virtue of matching the storage possibilities to sports rowing boats which can be divided in a modular manner. By using quick-action closures which connect the boat modules at their front ends to the trailer, rapid, reliable and assured security during transportation with high safety reserves is obtained.
