CONSTITUTION:A house annex B is protrudingly installed to the house main member A. At the same time, a tie beam 12 is installed between a girder H, connecting wall members Wb of the house main member A, and a wall body of the annex B that is in parallel with the girder H. With such arrangement, warping on the wall body of the house annex B can be prevented and installation accuracy can be improved.
