<p>PURPOSE:To easily perform screening by attaching a means to set the reference operating point of the comparison operation of a sense amplifier arbitrarily from the outside. CONSTITUTION:When the reference operating point of the comparison operation of the sense amplifier 2 is set at a constant value and a memory cell 1 is read out, the face whether or not the magnitude of the ON current of the memory cell 1 arrives at constant reference is outputted as the binary value of a logic signal from the sense amplifier 2. In such a way, since detection can be performed at the same speed as that in the readout of data, time required for the screening can be shortened, thereby, practical use can be realized, and since a margin can be set for a standard value, reliability can be improved than ever before.</p> |
