PHOTOSENSITIVE BODY AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain good images which are free from image defects such as black dots in reversal development by providing a charge blocking layer contg. an org. pigment and vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate resin between a conductive substrate and a carrier generating layer. CONSTITUTION:A phthalocyanine compd. is incorporated as a carrier generating material in the carrier generating layer 2 on the charge blocking layer 5 contg. the org. pigment and the vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate resin. A carrier transfer layer 3 is provided in this carrier generating layer 2. Namely, the barrier to local carrier implantation from the substrate 1 side is provided by providing the charge blocking layer 5 between the substrate 1 and the carrier generating layer 2. The high-quality images which are free from image defects are obtd. in this way without generating the black spots on the images when the reversal development is carried out.
