<p>The device serves in the correction of the long trailing, or "line tilt", which manifests itself in the form of a stray inclination of the levels of a video signal.
<??>The device comprises a two-input adder circuit (37) to add a correction signal to the video signal to be corrected, the said video signal to be corrected (36) being brought, with its complete pass band, to the first input (47) of the adder, and the corrected signal being available as output (35) from the adder. According to the invention the second input (48) of the adder is connected to the output of a frequency filter (38), to the input (49) of which the video signal to be corrected is brought.
