PURPOSE:To supply the optimum electric power at all times to an electric load having a large fluctuation in the value of resistance by detecting the value of resistance before supplying the electric power to the electric load, in which the value of resistance is fluctuated. CONSTITUTION:A heater 1, consisting of a transparent resistance film provided on a windshield glass, is conducted by a rotating generator 2 connected to an engine through a changeover switch 7. A resistance value detecting means or a constant current circuit 3 is operated by a signal from a regulating voltage determining circuit 4 and supplies an electric power to the heater 1 through a constant current diode 31. The regulating voltage determining circuit 4 inputs the terminal voltage of the heater 1 and determines a regulating voltage VR by the internal circuit thereof to output it to the '+' terminal of a comparator 5. Another generator 8 supplies the electric power to a battery 6 and a load. A rotor coil 81 is excited by a voltage regulating device 82 and a rated electric power is supplied at all times in spite of fluctuation of the load. |
