PURPOSE:To stably send a digital data by light by connecting a thyristor to a semiconductor laser and applying a binary digital data pulse voltage to the thyristor. CONSTITUTION:When a control signal for laser signal transmission is inputted to a laser signal processor 2-23, a binary digital signal is sent to a projector 2-22. The pulse leading and trailing time is selected within the specified value at the reference level of a gate G1 of a thyristor (SCR) with the binary digital code and a trigger pulse is given to the gate G1 of the SCR with a pulse application circuit composed of C1, R1, TR Q1, CR1, CR2 and a pulse transformer T through a waveform shaping circuit ensuring trigger through the reduced pulse transient. When the SCR is conductive, a large current flows through CR4, SCR and a semiconductor laser CR3 with a voltage charged in the C2 and the laser CR3 emits a laser beam. |
