Construction of buildings by means of large prefabricated panels, comprising wall panels 12, 14 of L, T or C cross-section and made of reinforced concrete, and prefabricated wooden roof panels 20 mounted on the wall panels 12, 14 and connected to the latter by means of loops 36 projecting from the upper edges of the wall panels, for the purpose of holding them and then for connecting them to the roof panels 20.
