The present invention belongs to the field of biomechanics. More particularly, its subject is a body support of the crutch, prothesis, etc., type, intended to support a part of the body of a user, it being possible for the said support to include means, called sensors, for measuring the said part of the body, and it is principally characterised in that a sensor 1 consists of a cylinder 2 on four generatrices 3 at 90 DEG from which are arranged extensometric gauges 4, and in that signalling means 5 with two thresholds are arranged on the support 1' and are connected to the said gauges 4 in order to indicate to the user the crossing of one of its thresholds by means of measurement. <IMAGE>
