The invention relates to a device for measuring the injection pressure of concrete or the like, particularly in a system for manufacturing piles using a string of rods such as hollow augers 12, the string of augers including at least two augers 12a, 12b butted up together removably and including a hollow core at the upper end of which the concrete is introduced and via the lower end of which the concrete is injected into a borehole while the string of augers is raised. According to the invention it comprises: - means 100, 110 provided in the internal region of the string of augers for measuring the pressure of the concrete close to the outlet from the hollow core and for generating an alternating signal representing the value of the said pressure, - means 120 for coupling between the individual elements of the string of augers for transmitting the said alternating signal to the top along the string of augers and - means 120, 130 provided in the upper region of the string of augers for recovering the said alternating signal transmitted and for converting it into the pressure value. <IMAGE>
