PURPOSE:To absorb chattering by fitting the flange part of a main body unit side and that of a tool unit into the grove part of the respective ring and cladding the both units by the spring incorporated in the main body unit and a pressing pin. CONSTITUTION:The flange part 2a of the bracket 2 of the main body unit side and the flange part 14a of the bracket 14 of a tool unit are held by being fitted to the groove part 12c formed on a hollow ring 12. In this case, even if there is a gap between both units provisionally, these units are cross-bridged each other by the plural springs 9 and pressing pin 8 incorporated in the main body unit and the chattering thereof is absorbed.
