The detector includes monomultivibrators (MV1-MV3) transmitting a pulse at rising edge of input pulse through input terminals (AI, BI, CI), multivibrators (MV4-MV6) transmitting a pulse at the falling edge of input pulse, a signal transmitter (11) transmitting low level pulse accoding to the pulse from the vibrators, flip-flops (FF1-FF3) for passing signal from input terminals by the pulse from the transmitter, programmable logic array (PAL) for generating up/down control signal (up/DO) and mask control signal (MASK) according to the signals from the flip-flops and input terminal, a counter (12) for counting pulses from the transmitter for generating rotating angle signal (T0-T5), and a reset unit (13) for resetting counter.
