<p>An improved rubber roll consisting of a vulcanised rubber compsn. (I). (I) comprises a highly satd. rubber, contg. nitrile groups, which as an iodine value of 60 or higher, zinc methacrylate and an organic peroxide. (I) is produced as follows, (i) a methacrylate zinc salt is produced in the highly satd. rubber, by adding a zinc cpd. and a methacrylic acid to it, (ii) the organic peroxide is added to the methacrylate zinc salt. (I) can also contain a phenol resin.</p> |
