PURPOSE:To miniaturize the present control unit and reduce the cost as well as to enable the mounting of a circuit element, which can not be mounted on a metal board, without fitting it externally by a method wherein a third circuit board is provided as it is located between tow metal boards. CONSTITUTION:An integrated circuit 10 is formed into a case, and the upper and the lower side of the case are directly specified with circuit boards 16a and 16b. And, a circuit board 16c is provided between the circuit boards 16a and 16b, and a circuit element which can not be mounted on the circuit boards 16a and 16b is mounted on the circuit board 16c. By this setup, not only a control unit of this design can be made small in size and lightweight but also all circuit elements can be mounted on the integrated circuit 10 without fitting them externally. |
