<p>PURPOSE:To enable a high strength laminate to be manufactured easily by disposing a non-woven fabric on at least either one of an inner surface, outer surface or inner part of active carbon fibers of a paper making structure, and adhering one surface of the non-woven fabric or the almost entire surface of both surfaces thereof to the active carbon fibers. CONSTITUTION:A first belt-shaped non-woven fabric 2 is wound slantly around a moisture absorption member 11 with respect to an suction molding die 15. After that, it contains active carbon fibers. A water slurry is accommodated into a slurry bath 17, and the suction molding die 15 is soaked thereinto, and then the water slurry is flow-absorbed to the side of the suction molding die 15 by providing a suction force. Following this, the fibers are suction-aggregated around the suction molding die 15 so as to dehydration-mold them, as a result, a moistured state laminate is obtained. After that, it is taken out of the bath 17, and a second non-woven fabric 3 is wound around the moistured state laminate, and then, it is soaked into the bath 17 again, and the fibers are suction-aggregated around the second non-woven fabric 3 so as to dehydration-mold them; as a result, a moistured state laminate is obtained. After that, the laminate is taken out thereof, and extracted from the suction molding die 15, furthermore, heated and dried in order to manufacture a laminate 1B.</p> |
