PURPOSE:To eliminate a jig, and to reduce the number of process and the cost of parts, by spreading a liquid sealing agent on the outer surface of exhaust ports, providing a plain synthetic rubber, a continuously foamy sponge body, and an upper lid in order in the front side recess, and providing projections to gear with the holes arranged on the upper side of the upper lid on a cover. CONSTITUTION:Around the exhaust ports B of an inner lid 2, a liquid sealing agent 8 is spread, over which a synthetic rubber 4 and a sponge 5 are installed, and then, an upper lid 6' is installed. In this case, holes E are provided to the upper lid 6' at the positions parallel to the projections D of the inner lid 2, the size of the diameter phi1 of the holes E is made smaller than the diameter phi2 of the projections D, and when the projections D are inserted to the holes E, the projections D are geared while the peripheries of the holes E are smashed. Under such a condition, the synthetic rubber 4 and the sponge 5 are not slipped, and the upper lid 6' is fixed to the inner lid 2. Consequently, a jig to position the synthetic rubber 4 and the sponge 5 can be eliminated, and the number of process and the cost of parts can be reduced. |
